Responsibilities

• Testing software and hardware on laptops, computers, cell phones, and other devices.
• Troubleshooting issues and problems on these devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Performing data entry to document test results and findings accurately.

Requirements

• Experience in troubleshooting technical errors, with a keen eye for detail.
• Background in electronics or a related field, with hands-on experience in testing laptops, cellphones, etc.
• Ability to identify internal components of a computer.
• Experience with Apple Products is a plus.
