Tester

Responsibilities

• Planning, designing, developing, and executing test strategies
• Creating test plans, test reports, and defect management using industry-standard tools
• Identifying, documenting, communicating, prioritizing, tracking, and resolving problems
• Functional Testing using functional testing tools
• Team leadership, working with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts
• Creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing
• Performance and stress testing using performance testing software
• Planning and implementing automated, data exchange between internal and external systems
• Automated functional testing
• Mitigating test cases from manual testing to automation
• Testing insurance claiming or case management applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field
• Certification in Quality Insurance
