Responsibilities

  • Follow established procedures to ensure finished products match customer requirements as defined by engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Identify and resolve defects or assembly errors using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Interpret and understand various schematics and drawings related to electrical assemblies.
  • Document and report nonconforming materials using established quality procedures.
  • Work with Engineering to communicate customer and regulatory requirements to Electrical Assembly employees.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC.
  • Generate and manage labeling for product identification and traceability, and compile job documentation before shipment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years of experience in electrical assembly or a related electrical field.
  • Proven experience with quality procedures, including ISO9001 standards.
  • Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and understanding safety and high voltage procedures.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
