About the role

Kickmaker is a high-tech product design and industrialization agency supporting customers from prototype to production in vertical markets (medical, new mobility, electrification, agrotech, robotics, IoT, consumer devices) with cross-disciplinary skills (embedded AI, high-tech manufacturing automation, eco-design, industrial design, WEB 3.0). Present in France, China, and the United States, the team exceeds 250 passionate engineers (“Kickers”) and is growing. We are strengthening our US Engineering team in Boston, Seattle, and San Francisco for a Test & Validation Engineer focused on EV test benches and vehicle integration. You will work on 5–10 projects annually across robotics, medical devices, fitness tech, automotive, micro‑mobility, beauty tech, sports exoskeletons, and AI‑driven hardware. Our innovation hubs and Kickmaker Assembly Lines (1,500 m² with 3D printers, CNC machines, welding stations, electronics benches, oscilloscopes, soldering gear) let you test ideas fast and build anything from your current project to side projects. We foster a maker culture with activities ranging from quiet brainstorming to bowling nights, kayak trips, tennis matches, and weekend adventures, and we gather teams at least four times a year to share ideas, create, and recharge.
