Test Technician Sr.

About the Role
We are looking for a Test Technician to join our Tempe, AZ facility. This role involves working under general supervision to perform routine tasks related to the testing of raw materials, manufactured products, or manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Use test procedures, investigate, and analyze test failures.
- Document the review and evaluation of in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective action as appropriate.
- Work with established test procedures.
- Provide assistance in the areas of predictability, manufacturing processing, equipment, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Problem-solving skills and decisive knowledge of appropriate testing methods.
- Comfortable with industry-specific testing equipment.
- Knowledge of testing equipment maintenance.
- Understands the importance of product quality and compliance to health and safety procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
