Test Technician II
Responsibilities
- Accurately troubleshoot assembly or system-level failures to the component level for repair.
- Collaborate with Test Engineers and customers to gain further knowledge of functionality.
- Provide break-fix support for test equipment.
- Utilize tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production.
- Demonstrate a basic, discipline-specific understanding of full product processes and specifications.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, schematics, electronics, troubleshooting, multimeters, and network analyzers.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience working with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers (2 plus years of experience).
- Ability to track bugs and defects and develop solutions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Any software programming experience is considered a plus.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
