Test Technician I - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities
- Follows blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met
- Performs functional testing per part-specific pre-established test procedure. Monitors tests through completion, records test data, and services test equipment as required
- Documents acceptance or failure results
- Demonstrates proper use of simple hand/machine tools, electronic/manual test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices
- Performs proper loading and unloading of electronic equipment in test beds
- Complies with applicable elements of quality systems and participates in continuous improvement efforts (ACE)
- Meets internal and external customer deadlines as determined by team
- Acquires applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required
- Complies with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs
- Follows plans for production schedules and quality requirements
- Understands end use of manufactured products
- Proficiently uses computer tools such as SAP and accurately follows work instructions
- Demonstrates initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- High School Diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electronics Technology
- RF, Digital, Analog Circuit experience
- Ability to read schematics
- Working knowledge of DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, & Spectrum Analyzer
- Basic component-level troubleshooting experience
