Test Technician (Front End Nights)

About the role

As an integration test technician, you will play a key part in the yield of power device manufacturing process. You will work a compressed Front End Night Shift (12 hrs, alternating 3- and 4-day workweeks, Sun-Tue and every other Saturday from 6pm to 6am).

Responsibilities

• Work on automated test equipment maintenance, calibration and disposition of wafers.
• The Day-to-Day: Monitor and perform corrective action in response to control charts.
• Maintain calibration standards and perform regularly scheduled equipment maintenance tasks.
• Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot individual electrical and mechanical failures and communicate regularly with engineering and operations.
• Disposition wafers based on engineering feedback.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement modifications to the measurement process.

Requirements

• AA degree in a technical field and 0-4 years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated high level of dependability and efficient work with little supervision.
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Pay

The posted salary range is $22.30 - $30.70. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
