Skill Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- 5+ years’ experience in a related field
- Familiarity with ESD practices
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong team player able to interface with multiple groups
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions (test procedures)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen Preferred
- Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Experience with pressure testing (highly preferred)
- Experience working within an SAP ERP environment
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform tests on multiple product lines
- In-depth troubleshooting, problem resolution across multiple products, ability to guide others in issue resolution
- Ensure accuracy of records, ability to improve test procedures, initiation of ECRs, mentoring documentation practices
- Train peers, certify training, onboarding effectiveness
- Calibration, minor repairs, fabrication/modification of test hardware, preventive maintenance
- Facilitation of huddles, delegation, communication of priorities, team influence
- Support qual/ATP, provide structured engineering feedback
- Contributions to FOD/6S, process improvements, safety leadership

Salary Information
Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $28.00/hr to $47.00/hr
