Test Technician

Role Responsibilities

• Testing and operation of Aerospace Hydraulic components, Electrical assemblies, and products
• Applying knowledge of mechanical components, Electrical, hydraulics, and hydraulic manifold assemblies
• Record and analyze test data to determine if the product meets the Acceptance Test Requirements
• Covering and participating in installing the unit or system to be tested in test fixtures, connecting valves, pumps, hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical controls, cabling, tubing, power source, and indicating instruments to determine compliance

Minimum Qualifications

• Education consisting of a high school diploma/GED
• Minimum of three years of experience working in a test technician role in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Mechanical/Electrical knowledge, hydraulic experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Self-starter motivated by completion of objectives tied directly to company goals
• Strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and problem-solving ability
• Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and uphold Customer and Company requirements
• Knowledge of AS9100 or related Aerospace working environment (preferred)
• Experience in complex parts and production operations
