Job Details

• Location: Chelmsford, MA
• Shift: Day Shift
• Full-Time Fulltime: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
• Starting Salary: $24.00 - $25.00/hr

What You Will Do

• Perform electrical and RF testing: On systems sub-assemblies and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
• Ensure products meet quality standards: Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans.
• Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment: To meet quality requirements.
• Document data records: Generate reports and assist in improving test procedures.
• Basic troubleshooting: Retest electronic assemblies.
• Collaborate with teams: Improve throughput and continuous improvement with production quality and engineering teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Basic computer skills: Required including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
• Attention to detail: Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Following instructions: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
• Strong work ethics: Reputation for punctuality and reliability with a desire to grow and learn in their role.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
