for the introductory marketing text? It's not a section heading but it's substantive? It's generic fluff but maybe we keep? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The intro is substantive? It's marketing but still part of posting. Likely we should keep it as a

maybe under "About the role"? But we have a section "About The Role" later. The ITAR/EAR criteria could be part of "About the role" or separate. Since we must only create sections when there is real specific content. We have content for About the role (the paragraph after "About The Role"). We have "Key Responsibilities" list. We have "Education & Experience" (qualifications). Also "Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities" (skills). Could combine into Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We have "Working Conditions & Physical Demands" (maybe not a required section; we could include under Responsibilities or as its own section? The instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content. It does have content; we could make a section "Working Conditions". But the allowed headings list includes: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not "Working Conditions". So we should fold that into maybe Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably include under Responsibilities as it's about work environment. Or we could create a "Requirements" section that includes education/experience and knowledge/skills. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (combining education/experience and knowledge/skills), Benefits, Pay. Schedule not present. Pay: "Total Rewards The compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 - $72,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan." That's pay info. Benefits: "Benefits Package Our comprehensive U.S. benefit offerings include: Health benefits, 401(k) retirement savings program with company match, PTO, and more. More information on our benefits and rewards can be found on our career page: https://www.idexcorp.com/careers/our-benefits-and-rewards/" We should keep that as Benefits section. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, accommodation request, AI not used, Job Family, Business Unit, etc. Also remove the line "IDEX Materials Science Solutions, a Unit of IDEX Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer". Also remove the repeated EEO later. Also remove the "Job Description This role is a A-Shift Itar/Ear Criteria ..." maybe we keep as a paragraph under About the role? Actually the ITAR/EAR criteria is a separate note about citizenship requirement. Could be part of About the role or Requirements. Since it's about eligibility, we could put it in Requirements (maybe as a note). But we have no specific heading for eligibility; we could include it in Requirements as a

Ability to understand and interpret optical measurements and performance data. Experience using optical test equipment such as interferometers, spectrophotometers, power meters, and beam profilers or cameras. Ability to identify adjustable parameters that influence optical performance. Ability to diagnose test and assembly‑related performance issues. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with direct management and engineering. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals and documentation. Ability to work with mathematical concepts including probability, statistical inference, plane and solid geometry, trigonometry, ratios, and proportions. Strong reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
