Test Systems Engineer II (Onsite Ft. Wayne, IN)

About the role

The Test Systems Engineer II position is available at Raytheon in Fort Wayne, IN. This role is 100% onsite and requires a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review product designs and create test solutions that maximize test coverage in manufacturing and service environments
• Create test hardware, develop automated test software, and integrate the overall test solution with the end product
• Interface with internal systems, hardware, and software product design teams
• Prepare and present project / technical information to peers, internal management, and customers
• Document test solutions through drawings, procedures, and other formal documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
• Experience reading schematics and troubleshooting hardware
• Experience writing software and debugging code
• Experience with systems integration and test
• Experience with NI Development Suite including LabVIEW, LabWindows CVI, and TestStand
• Experience with C, C++, and C# programming languages
• Experience developing and maintaining Graphical User Interface (GUI) and/or Test Program Set (TPS) or equivalent test software
• Experience in hardware design including cables, interface test adapters, and simple circuit card assemblies
• Experience working with test equipment including power supplies, electronic loads, digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
• Experience with RF technology across Communications, Sensors, and Radar systems
• Experience working in a cross-discipline team
• Experience conveying technical information clearly through written and verbal mediums

Pay

The salary range for this role is $68,900 - $131,100 USD.
