Test Program Integrator - Technical Project Manager (Experienced or Senior)
About the Role
Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Test Program Integrator (TPI) - Technical Project Manager to be located in Berkeley, MO, supporting the Phantom Works, Test Beds, & Strategic Capabilities Test Program Management organization. Our organization modifies, certifies, and operates experimental aircraft as flying laboratories to acquire engineering research data for Boeing program customers. The TPI role is responsible for test design, implementation, and verification of flight test-related activities across the portfolio of Phantom Works activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (program partners, customers, management, suppliers, capabilities) to define, plan, and execute mission systems testing on test bed aircraft.
- Manage the test program baseline, including tracking and reporting on schedule and cost, managing program risks and opportunities, and coordinating programmatic hand-offs and dependencies.
- Partner with program engineering teams to determine system test requirements and design appropriate aircraft modification plans for full lifecycle system integration and test activities.
- Manage the execution of capital investment efforts, including the purchase and modification of test aircraft and assets, as well as the development of strategic capabilities.
- Pursue new business opportunities, maintain a schedule of resources (aircraft and personnel), and provide cost estimates to internal teams and customers.
- Report test program status to BT&E management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 3+ years’ experience in technical project management.
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (requires US Citizenship).
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with external suppliers and customers.
- Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, risk management tools, etc.).
- Familiarity with aircraft and aircraft systems.
- Experience in mission systems integration and test.
- Active Secret US DoD Clearance.
Pay
Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $103,700 - $140,300. Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $126,650 – $171,350. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.
