Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing per part-specific pre-established test procedures.
- Monitor tests through completion, record test data, and service test equipment as required.
- Document acceptance or failure results.
- Demonstrate proper use of simple hand/machine tools, electronic/manual test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices.
- Load and unload electronic equipment in test beds.
- Comply with applicable elements of quality systems and participate in continuous improvement efforts (ACE).
- Meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by the team.
- Acquire applicable skills, knowledge, or certifications as required.
- Comply with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
- Follow production schedules and quality requirements.
- Demonstrate initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule.
- Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve business-related problems.
- Participate in waste minimization efforts and audits.
- Request tools and supplies in accordance with project requirements.
Requirements
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
- High School diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D in the U.S.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
