About the role

This is a first shift position working a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off! (Flexible Starting Time, however core hours are 9am-3pm).

Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering, and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. The EPAWSS (Eagle Passive Active Warning and Survivability System) Program, part of the TacAir Product Line, is one of Electronic Combat Solutions' most strategic program portfolios, currently under contract with Boeing for nearly $1B in funding to execute development, production, and sustainment contracts.

We are seeking a highly motivated Test Operations Program Specialist to join our growing Test Operations team. This entry-level career offers a unique opportunity to contribute to vital programs by supporting critical functions across test infrastructure, capital procurement, and project execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to ensure smooth operations in both production and sustainment factories, gaining hands-on experience in capacity & utilization analysis, procurement support, resource management, and project coordination.

Daily tasks will include data gathering and analysis, timeline management, stakeholder communication, and proactive identification of process improvements—all while learning the intricacies of test infrastructure capacity planning and project management to build a foundation for long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Support critical functions across test infrastructure, capital procurement, and project execution
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to ensure smooth operations in production and sustainment factories
  • Perform capacity & utilization analysis, procurement support, resource management, and project coordination
  • Gather and analyze data, manage timelines, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • 3 years of experience working on various projects executing plans and identifying resources needed
  • Experience working within a team environment
  • Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and solve problems effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Qualifications

  • Secret clearance (preferred)
  • Previous Project Management experience (preferred)
  • Ability to influence and lead (preferred)

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $64,926 - $110,374. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
