About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with product managers to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Work with designers to ensure UI/UX aligns with business goals
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• Understanding of software design patterns and principles

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
