Test Engineer – Manufacturing / Operations / Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engineering work in operations, production, construction, or maintenance environments
• Design and scale manufacturing processes, instruments, and equipment
• Test manufactured products to maintain quality standards
• Plan, design, and estimate time and cost for engineering-related projects and activities
• Oversee the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems, and components
• Analyze engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment and systems
• Investigate causes of component failures and develop engineering solutions
• Develop and apply engineering standards and procedures
• Provide technical advice and guidance on engineering-related issues

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience required
• Understanding and application of engineering procedures and concepts within the discipline
• Ability to make sound judgments based on practice and previous experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
