Maintenance Strategy & Asset Reliability

Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs for CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems.
Implement predictive maintenance (PdM) strategies using condition monitoring and equipment data.
Analyze equipment performance and trends to improve uptime, reduce failures, and extend asset life.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Define and track key maintenance KPIs (uptime, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance).

Systems, Data & Process Optimization

Manage and optimize CMMS, including work order workflows, scheduling, and data integrity.
Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor maintenance performance and drive decision-making.
Standardize maintenance procedures, checklists, and documentation.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Technician Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to maintenance technicians.
Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve machine reliability and performance.
Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and integration into maintenance programs.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and technical support.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and procedures (e.g., lockout/tagout)
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
