About the role

Operate test equipment following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs). Perform functional testing of PCBAs and Box Build assemblies, classify products as PASS or FAIL according to established quality standards, record test results, update testing records, and report defects or abnormal conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate test equipment in accordance with approved SOPs and WIs.
• Perform functional testing of PCBAs and Box Build assemblies; classify products as PASS or FAIL.
• Record test results, update testing records, and report any defects or abnormal conditions.
• Use electronic test and measurement equipment (Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes) to measure voltage levels and verify basic signal waveforms.
• Assist in troubleshooting simple failures and escalate technical issues to the Engineering team.
• Achieve daily production output and productivity targets in line with assigned KPIs.
• Comply with 5S, safety regulations, quality standards, and all company operating procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a Digital Multimeter (DMM/VOM) to measure voltage and perform continuity testing.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of oscilloscope operation and waveform observation is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to work in shifts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or PCBA manufacturing environment is preferred.
