Test Manager, Senior - TS
About the role
The C2ISR Division supports a diverse portfolio of programs including the U-2 aircraft, JSTARS, AF DCGS, IBS, and others. The Global Network Systems (GNS) Branch, located at Hanscom AFB, MA, focuses on EPASS support for major GNS programs such as AF DCGS NIT, ETP, and GCCS-AF (I).
Responsibilities
- Prepare test plans and procedures supporting program test activities.
- Develop Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs).
- Prepare and review test analyses and reports.
- Support certification testing activities, including Joint Interoperability Test Center testing.
- Monitor and support execution of test events.
- Support training required to execute test activities.
- Support execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations.
- Support collection of test data during developmental and operational test events.
- Review and analyze design documentation, including engineering drawings and specifications.
- Review and analyze engineering performance and technical analysis reports.
- Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability.
- Review and analyze engineering performance predictions.
- Review and analyze trade-off studies.
- Teach test engineering and test management courses as required.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Top Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in a professional engineering discipline.
- 8 years of directly related experience with 5 years in a DoD setting.
- Test Manager's Course certification or course completion desired.
- Experience with Agile methods, including testing methods for CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps.
- Understanding of cloud architectures and their impact on testing methods.
Qualifications
Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level Clearance. Bachelor's or master's Degree in a professional engineering discipline, 8 years of directly related experience with 5 years in a DoD setting. Test Manager's Course certification or course completion desired. Experience with Agile methods, including testing methods for CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps. Understanding of cloud architectures and impacts to testing methods.

$96,757 - $120,000
