About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Test Manager to lead Quality Assurance for a AAA game development team. You will lead embedded testing teams, and partner with cross-functional leadership to balance quality, schedule, and risk in a complex development environment.

Responsibilities

• QA Strategy & Leadership Define global QA strategy, test objectives, quality gates, and risk-based testing methodologies for major project milestonesIntegrate QA into early development planning to ensure quality is a core part of the feature lifecycle rather than just final validation
• People Management Mentor and develop a high-performing team of QA Leads and testers, fostering a culture of ownership and collaborationManage both internal and external QA resources effectively to meet project demands
• Test Planning & Execution Oversee comprehensive test execution across functional, gameplay, performance, stability, multiplayer, and platform certification areasMonitor defect trends
