Test & Evaluation Program Manager (Journeyman and Senior)

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain test execution metrics and status reports to support program leadership and decision-making.
• Utilize Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Systems (iTEMS), including iTrack and iTest, to support test planning and execution tracking.
• Cook up and administer the Test Data Management Working Group, including scheduling and facilitating quarterly meetings.
• Develop Supportability Test Plans to ensure Systems (ship, weapons, and aircraft) Logistics products go through the appropriate Test and Evaluation processes.
• Execute Supportability Test Plans, evaluate collected data, and provide test results and reports.
• Facilitate Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL) reviews for test teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documentation to the Program Office.
• Manage the receipt, organization, and archival of all test reports, including both government- and contractor-generated documentation.
• Support long term planning for technical and engineering support requirements and test capability development.
• Support program technical reviews, Deficiency Reviews, System Verifications Review and others as necessary.
• Research, prepare and maintain support documents for Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs) and other documentation in support of acquisition program management.
• Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including preparation of slide decks, briefing materials, and memos; ensure conference room readiness and VTC functionality.

Requirements

• Navy acquisition and test experience required.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft applications.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience; a Master's Degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years.

Skills

• Microsoft applications proficiency.
