Test Engineering Intern

About the role

As a Test Engineering Intern, you will support by assisting with the development and implementation of unique engineering solutions in a nuclear environment. The position will be located in Lynchburg, VA at the Advanced Technologies Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver unique engineering solutions used in a nuclear environment.
• Create and update drawings and procedures.
• Design, test, and analyze systems and components.
• Manage projects and procure materials as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student pursuing a degree in Engineering or Physics.
• U.S. Citizen.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position in Virginia is expected to be between $25.05 and $31.83 per hour. The hourly rate offered is based on local job market factors and other objective business considerations. The total compensation package may also include other elements such as a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits, details of which will be provided upon offer.
