The Test Engineer Team Lead oversees test engineering activities across multiple sites, ensuring effective resource management and high-quality product validation and certification. This role participates in new product planning, drives technical and process improvements, and leads a team of test engineers in an engineering lab environment. The position plays a key role in maintaining lab certifications, supporting audits, and resolving product performance issues while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role is based onsite in an engineering lab environment, working closely with test equipment, hardware, and electronic components. The work involves hands-on use of tools such as oscilloscopes and other measurement devices to perform verification testing and debugging.
