Responsibilities
- Co-develop automated product testing systems in a team environment in close collaboration with product developers and manufacturing test engineers
- Develop optimized hardware configurations for compliance testing and defect detection
- Create test scripts, data acquisition modules and GUI interfaces executing at the highest efficiency for optimum capital utilization
- Affiliate with product characterization, design validation, and production yield improvement activities
- Leverage platforms in place and add new capabilities in a highly structured approach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science with 8+ years relevant industry experience
- Master’s degree in engineering or computer science with 6+ years relevant industry experience
- Strong background in optical device testing
- Proficiency in coding in Python, C++, and C# including multi-threaded software and GUI development
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience and proficiency in firmware/microcoding
- Experience with motion control and vision systems
- Experience in relational database interfaces such as Oracle
- Experience in statistical analysis techniques, JMP software, and process control
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00
