Test Engineer - Level 2 or 3 - Space AHT

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and execute test plans, integration plans, and procedures to complete system-level integration testing.
• Understand and interpret requirements and test guidance to complete system-level integration testing.
• Develop testing criteria to successfully satisfy requirements.

Requirements

Test Engineer (Level 2)

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree with no experience.
• Experience in C++ development.
• Strong background using Python.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.
• Current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application (required to start).

Principal Test Engineer (Level 3)

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree and 3 years of related experience, or 1 year of experience with a PhD.
• Experience in C++ development.
• Strong background using Python.
• Experience using Eggplant.
• Experience with GitLab or Bitbucket.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.
• Current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application (required to start).

Preferred Qualifications

• Security+ certification.
• GMD/GWS Domain Knowledge.
• Java experience/understanding.
• Experience using TATS tool.
• Active, in-scope U.S. Government DoD Top Secret clearance.

Pay

Primary Level Salary Range: $79,600.00 - $119,400.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,900.00 - $148,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Northrop Grumman considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions when determining base salary offers. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
