Responsibilities

• Designs, Develops and documents ATE and ICT (HP/Keysight 3070)
• Develops/Debugs ATE and ICT software programs
• Develops new state of the art test fixturing and test programming methods
• Monitors pilot production activities
• Generates test procedures and test data sheets
• Performs all other job responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of both analog and digital electronic circuits and design
• Strong programming skills in both low and high level programming languages
• Ability to apply statistical analysis methods to improve process control
• Knowledge and ability to program ATE test equipment
• Strong/effective communication skills
• Knowledge in the use of Lean Manufacturing tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to identify cause and effect relationship and develop potential process improvements
• The right person is committed to active participation in a continuous improvement culture
• MS Office Suite knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years
• Education: BS (Engineering) required; MS (Engineering) preferred
• Travel: 5% (if needed for training)

Pay

The posted pay range is $112,700 - $150,200, which may vary depending on experience and other factors.
