About the role

The Test Engineer is responsible for executing and designing manual and automated software tests to ensure quality, functionality, and performance of applications.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans, test cases, and scripts based on requirements
• Perform regression and system testing
• Document test results
• Identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues

Skills

• Proficiency in scripting languages (C#, Java, Python)
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright)
• Familiarity with performance testing (JMeter, K6)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
• Preferred: API testing and industry compliance standards
