What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute testing solutions based on customer requirements
- Create test plans, procedures, programs, and supporting documentation
- Design and develop test equipment for production and depot operations
- Analyze test results and recommend product and design improvements
- Ensure compliance with applicable testing standards and requirements
- Troubleshoot products and support root cause analysis efforts
- Lead testing initiatives and support continuous quality improvements
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience programming automated test equipment such as DITMCO, Cablescan, Cirris, PXI, or similar platforms
- Ability to develop testing proposals, analyze results, and provide design recommendations
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Experience developing custom test hardware and test strategies
- RF testing experience is highly preferred

$110,000 – $130,000 annual salary, depending on experience
