Test Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Define, develop, and document test plans for all ASDI products — including custom units — across sales orders and engineering projects.
• Execute factory acceptance testing (FAT), high-pressure testing, performance, feasibility, and validation testing; confirm product capability against design requirements and applicable codes.
• Reduce and analyze test data; report findings and performance conclusions to engineering and support design changes driven by results.
• Establish and enforce safe test procedures and maintain lab equipment and data acquisition systems.

What You Bring

• BS in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and building test stands and instrumentation, including data acquisition for pressure, flow, and temperature.
• Clear technical writing — your test reports are the primary output to engineering, and they need to be complete and decision-ready.

Physical Requirements

• This is a hands-on lab and shop role.
• Requires lifting 50–75 lbs., dexterity with tools and components, and exposure to heat, noise, pressurized systems, and moving machinery.
