About the role
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer at its Andover, MA facility to support the design, development, and maintenance of test consoles and automated test equipment (ATE) systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the production of reliable products that meet customer requirements
- Architect new test stands
- Design test solutions
- Develop algorithms and techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Electrical, Computer, Computer Science or related)
- 1+ years of experience
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance and interim secret clearance prior to start
- Experience using Microsoft Office products to generate status reports, project plans, work instructions, etc.
- Experience writing, editing and supporting existing software code base (LabVIEW or C)
- Experience in analyzing and resolving problems
- Experience in managing and prioritizing workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in effectively working on teams
- Ability to work with minimal detailed direction to deliver desired results
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional level career experience preferred
- Experience in SAP/MRP systems for production build
- Proficiency with electrical parameter measurements typically required for components and subassemblies
- Proficiency with Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems
- Proficiency in developing complex test programs with NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand development environments
- Proficiency researching and specifying components for test equipment design
- Proficiency troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems down to the test instrument, fixturing, software level or unit under test
- Proficiency generating assembly and block diagram sketches, parts lists and other types of engineering documentation
- Proficiency in Corrective/Preventative action process and implementation
- Proficiency deriving test requirements from design or system level requirements
- Proficiency reading, understanding and writing change orders to; assembly drawings and parts lists for test equipment and systems
- Experience preparing charts and giving presentations outlining technical issues, solutions or trade studies
Skills
