Test Center Administrator

Responsibilities

• Welcome candidates to the testing center and confirm their identification before exams.
• Perform security checks, including the use of wands, to ensure a safe testing environment.
• Maintain the integrity and compliance of examinees during their exams.
• Address candidate concerns promptly and report any incidents that deviate from company policies.
• Ensure the secure handling and storage of all testing materials.
• Provide a fair and comfortable testing experience for all candidates.
• Represent the organization's values and uphold its mission in all interactions.
• Conduct fingerprint scanning and digital recording when applicable.
• Ensure the functionality of computers and equipment within the testing center.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience is a plus.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in-person roles such as retail, restaurant, or call centers.
• Must be of legal age to qualify for the position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Office and web browsers.
• Ability to multitask and handle small tools for packing and unpacking equipment.
• Physical capacity to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while monitoring exams and move through the test room regularly.
