Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proven experience designing and developing automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Expert-level experience with: Playwright, Katalon Studio, Selenium, Sauce Labs, Micro Focus ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
- Hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
- Experience automating both UI and API testing.
- Strong programming and scripting skills.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience using AI-assisted development or automation tools such as Windsurf and Katalon Studio AI Assist.
- Experience implementing Shift-Left testing strategies.
- Experience supporting cloud-native applications and modern DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience mentoring engineers and promoting automation best practices across teams.
