As a Technology Consultant 2, you'll work with cutting-edge AI technologies, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to transformative projects across banking, wealth management, and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
  • Facilitate software application design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team.
  • Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications while maintaining system stability.
  • Conduct code reviews, implement changes to the codebase, and maintain code repositories.
  • Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
  • Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth software transitions.
  • Actively resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
  • Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Experience in UI test automation framework using Java and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Selenium JAVA automation and Playwright JavaScript automation.
  • Experience in API testing using REST and SOAP services.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration for continuous validation.
  • Experience in test automation framework creation and maintenance.
  • Experience in functional testing and regression testing automation.
  • Experience in API automation suite development and execution.
  • Experience in Git version control.
  • Experience in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools.
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodology.
  • Experience in test result analysis, quality metrics, and reporting.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Fraud & Claims, ACH Payments, Debit Cards, or PEGA BPM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role now or in the future.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in workflow-driven and business process management applications.
  • Experience in automation framework enhancements and quality engineering initiatives.
