As a Technology Consultant 1, you'll work with cutting-edge AI technologies, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to transformative projects across banking, wealth management, and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder requirements.
  • Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications and aid in the creation of process documentation.
  • Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements.
  • Execute test plans, analyze outcomes, and report defects to the development team to facilitate enhancement of software performance.
  • Support the integration of new software features, facilitating smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and creation of comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance.
  • Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team's knowledge repository.

Requirements

  • Experience in Selenium test automation framework design, development, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
  • Experience with API automation using REST Assured or similar tools.
  • Experience in SQL and data validation.
  • Experience with Selenium - Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages used for automation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and API Testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience applying AI tools to testing activities, automation development, and quality engineering practices.
  • Experience validating AI-generated outputs through human-in-the-loop review processes.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted testing to improve quality and reduce manual effort.
  • Understanding of cloud and container technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, TestNG, or JUnit.
  • Experience performing AI-assisted test case generation.
  • Experience with AI-assisted automation script development.
  • Experience with test impact analysis and regression optimization.
  • Experience with AI-driven defect analysis and dependency analysis.
  • Experience with observability and telemetry analysis.
  • Experience with self-healing test automation.
  • Experience with AI Agent or LLM-based testing solutions.
  • Experience with data quality validation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Pay

For candidates based out of Pennington, NJ, estimated annual compensation will be $62,326 to $103,239.
