Responsibilities
- Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned business requirements.
- Facilitate software application design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team.
- Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications while maintaining system stability.
- Conduct code reviews, implement changes to the codebase, and maintain code repositories.
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
- Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth software transitions.
- Actively resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.

Requirements
- Experience in quality engineering (QE) transformation, QE consulting, and enterprise-wide testing modernization initiatives.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutioning and implementation.
- Understanding of technical aspects like automation tools, AI solutions, API aspects, and NFR checks.
- Experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in enterprise quality engineering operating model, TCoE setup, governance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, metrics, and executive reporting.
- Experience in test automation strategy, automation architecture framework design, and continuous testing implementation.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD, Shift-Left, and Shift-Right testing practices.
- Experience in enterprise test management, quality governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience handling large-scale testing program leadership across multiple applications, portfolios, and business domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail domain experience.
- Experience in quality analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience in engineering process improvement, productivity optimization, and cost reduction programs.
- Experience in change management, organizational transformation, and capability development.
- Experience developing reusable test automation frameworks, accelerators, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
