About the role

Your Area Of Responsibility will be:

  • Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided.
  • Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions.
  • Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability.
  • Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards.
  • Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications.
  • Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
  • Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in Salesforce platform testing, customization validation, and integration testing.
  • Experience of designing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
  • Experience of developing automated test scenarios for web-based applications and enterprise systems.
  • Experience of creating and executing test cases for UI, API, and data validation scenarios.
  • Experience of managing defect lifecycle activities including defect tracking, triaging, and resolution validation.
  • Experience of working with Agile delivery teams including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Experience of using enterprise test management and quality assurance tools.
  • Able to collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end test coverage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience of working on Salesforce implementations within enterprise environments.
  • Experience of performing API testing and validating backend integrations.
  • Knowledge of nCino platform testing and banking application workflows.
  • Experience of integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices supporting quality engineering initiatives.
  • Experience of validating data using SQL queries and database testing techniques.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services business processes.
  • Experience of creating testing dashboards, metrics, and quality reports.
  • Able to mentor team members and promote quality engineering best practices across projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
