Test and Evaluation (T&E) Specialist Intermediate

Essential Functions

• Analyzes the results of software, hardware, or interoperability testing.
• Responsible for the design and implementation of test procedures to determine if standards and criteria are met.
• Recommends adjustments to the T&E process or detailed procedures if appropriate.
• Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
• Relies on manual methods and automated test tools to execute tests, assessments, and collect data.
• Inspects, tests, and measures data that is produced or consumed.
• Records all initial findings and documents final test results in a designated formal report.
• Accounts for anomalies and errors found in testing, notifies customers and management, and may help analyze and/or correct problems.

Technical Writing and Approaches

• Technical writing in accordance with government standards.
• Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Science Based Test Design (SBTD) in T&E approaches.

Education and Experience

• Requires 8 years of specialized and/or military experience.
• Must have experience in one or all of the fields of Signal Intelligence, Electronic Intelligence and Geospatial Intelligence.
• Must also possess strong evaluation, report writing skills.

Preferred Experience

• Network+ or CMCC Certifications.
