Test Administrator (Concord, NH)

About the role

We are hiring a part-time Test Administrator to join our team in Concord, NH (2 Capital Plaza, Suite 306, 3rd Floor). This position offers a starting pay of $17.75 per hour and is eligible for accrued paid sick time.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates while testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Part-time position (0-10 hours per week, with potential for more hours if needed).
• Flexible scheduling with shifts available any day Monday through Saturday, between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM.
• About 1 Saturday per month required; Sunday shifts infrequent but possible.
• Schedules provided at least 2 weeks in advance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices, and see details from a distance.

Pay

$17.75 per hour, plus eligibility for accrued paid sick time.
