TES Horse Handler
Responsibilities
- Jog and lunge horses for lameness exams
- Provide restraint as needed for exams and procedures
- Hourly checks on inpatients
- Cleaning and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal or professional horse handling experience is required

The Horse Handler will provide assistance to the Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery Service. This position is part of Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources.
