TES 4-H Agent Assistant
About the role
The TES Agent Assistant will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the goals and objectives for the Coffee County 4-H program. They will work with schools and volunteers to coordinate and/or facilitate in-school, after-school, and special interest community 4-H clubs.
Responsibilities
- Aid in preparing curriculum and implementing youth activities.
- Enter enrollment data.
- Assist and/or work with the County Extension Director and 4-H Foundation Agent in activities that benefit the youth of the county.
- Perform office tasks as needed, including answering phones, making copies, and assisting office visitors.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Four years of experience in providing educational programs/services, customer service, or administrative support.
