What You'll Receive
- Base salary + Uncapped Commission: 1st year earnings of $75,000-$90,000 with base salary, plus a 3-4 month commission guarantee while you are training.

What You'll Do
- Develop new business relationships with restaurants and foodservice operators throughout your protected territory.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through in-person visits, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Meet with decision-makers to understand their operational challenges and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, sanitation, and service quality.
- Drive territory growth by consistently generating new customer opportunities and converting prospects into long-term partners.
- Achieve sales goals through a combination of equipment placements, rental programs, and Cleaning Solutions System.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through regular follow-up, account development, and exceptional service.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and provide recommendations that support business expansion within your territory.
- Collaborate with your local team and participate in weekly sales meetings to share insights, strategies, and successes.
