Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across the Chicago Metro territory
- Expand and manage existing industrial customer accounts
- Execute full sales cycle including prospecting, quoting, pricing, and closing
- Build relationships with manufacturing, logistics, and distribution customers
- Collaborate with internal teams on system design and customer solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Conduct regular field visits throughout the metro territory
- Support regional trade shows and industry events
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience required
- Experience in industrial, equipment, or technical sales strongly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect and close new business
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage a large metro territory independently
- Mechanical aptitude or technical exposure is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- First-year earnings potential: $80,000–$120,000+
