With world-class training, a clear career progression path, and leadership that believes in your potential — this is a chance to build a standout sales career in one of the most exciting outdoor living markets in the country.
Responsibilities
- Own your territory
- Build and execute a structured weekly plan across Denver, Salt Lake City, and surrounding markets — targeting contractors, builders, and dealer partners with precision.
- Drive contractor demand
- Get on job sites, educate installers, support project execution, and become the name contractors call first when they think hardscape.
- Grow the dealer network
- Train dealer staff, keep displays brand-sharp, and ensure your partners have everything they need to win business — from samples and catalogs to marketing muscle.
- Hunt new business relentlessly
- Use data, CRM insights, and competitive intelligence to find opportunities others miss. This region is wide open — there’s ground to take.
- Show up and follow through
- Maintain 40+ CRM-logged touches per week, attend trade shows and events, and build a reputation for being the most responsive, knowledgeable rep in the market.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience selling into a dealer network OR direct experience in hardscape or building materials — whether selling or installing
- A hunter's mentality — you don't wait for leads to find you, you go find them
- Strong relationship instincts — you can read a room, build trust fast, and keep it long-term
- Data fluency — you use CRM, Excel, and Power BI to sharpen strategy, not just check a box
- Mountain Region ties — existing relationships in Denver, Salt Lake City, or surrounding markets are a serious competitive advantage
- Post-secondary education and a strong, ambitious, can-do attitude
- A valid driver's license and the drive to spend meaningful time in the field, where the real work happens
