Territory Sales Representative
Job Description
Maintain CRM-logged touches per week including calls, meetings, and in-person visits
Execute a structured weekly territory plan aligned to Techo-Bloc Sales Science methods
Convert a minimum of campaign leads into active sales opportunities
Achieve forecasted territory growth targets using CRM and Power BI data insights
Conduct in-person dealer visits and merchandising audits; maintain brand-standard displays and product samples
Train dealer staff and contractors on product knowledge, installation systems, and selling techniques
Identify new business opportunities through territory research, competitive analysis, and networking
Deliver timely follow-up and professional communication throughout the full sales cycle
Complete all required product, sales, and skills training on schedule
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside or territory sales experience; building materials, hardscape, landscaping, masonry, or construction supply strongly preferred
- Hunter mentality — you thrive on prospecting, opening new accounts, and building relationships from scratch
- Prowen track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a field sales role
- Strong knowledge of the Wisconsin market — existing dealer or contractor relationships are a significant plus
- Highly organized and self-directed; disciplined with CRM activity tracking and territory planning
- Comfortable with 60–70% travel throughout the Wisconsin territory
- Wisconsin residency required
