Position Overview
- We are seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality to drive new business and grow market share across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
- This role is best suited for sales professionals with experience in clinical or AP laboratory sales, pharmaceutical, medical device/equipment, healthcare services, or related healthcare industries.
What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth and profitability within an assigned territory
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow an existing client base
- Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers
- Partner with operations to deliver exceptional, customer-focused service
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record (past 3 years)
- 4–5 years of outside sales or service experience
- A proven track record of new business development (“hunter” mindset)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of outside Sales or Service experience in the medical field
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing
