Position Overview

  • We are seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality to drive new business and grow market share across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
  • This role is best suited for sales professionals with experience in clinical or AP laboratory sales, pharmaceutical, medical device/equipment, healthcare services, or related healthcare industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability within an assigned territory
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow an existing client base
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers
  • Partner with operations to deliver exceptional, customer-focused service
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record (past 3 years)
  • 4–5 years of outside sales or service experience
  • A proven track record of new business development (“hunter” mindset)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of outside Sales or Service experience in the medical field
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing
