Responsibilities
- Master and execute the Advocate Linear Sale to identify and defend homeowners in storm-affected territories.
- Deploy a 50lb extension ladder to conduct clinical property inspections (note: you will not step foot on roof, only observe from gutter line)
- Present and close construction cross-sells and upsells of material and scope of work for functional and cosmetic enhancements
- Manage your customer pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inspection to project completion
- Represent Advocate Construction’s brand and values with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of thriving in high-friction, high-rejection environments (Military, Athletics, or Door-to-Door experience is a significant plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage defensive and skeptical homeowners in productive discussions about home protection and construction
- Familiarity with roofing, solar, pest control, or other field-based industries a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation & Schedule
- On target year one earnings are between $80,000 to $150,000 (uncapped)
- Team members are eligible for monthly and annual bonuses based on the quality and consistency of their customer-focused sales behaviors. As sales milestones are reached, additional certifications with increased responsibilities and earning potential are provided
- We supply comprehensive training, leading technology, and continuous support— no prior roofing experience required
- In the first 90 days, the expected schedule is 10AM - 8PM, Monday-Friday and 10AM - 2PM on Saturdays. Flexibility in this schedule after 90 days is tied to performance.
