Territory Sales Manager - Equipment

About the Role

Medworks is expanding and seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Pacific Northwest (primary focus: Washington and Montana). This role focuses on developing new business, building strategic relationships, and expanding our presence within hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and physician practices. You'll work alongside an experienced clinical support team delivering in-room surgical support and clinical expertise to help surgeons perform procedures more efficiently while improving patient outcomes.

This is a true hunter role with approximately 80% travel, including 2+ overnight stays per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across hospitals, ASCs, and physician practices
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, supply chain leaders, administrators, and healthcare executives
• Promote Medworks' in-room surgical support services and procedural solutions
• Identify opportunities to expand utilization within existing accounts
• Create and execute strategic territory growth plans
• Deliver compelling clinical and economic value presentations
• Partner closely with clinical specialists to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM activity

Requirements

• 2+ years of medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, surgical, or related healthcare sales experience
• 3-5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated success developing new business and opening new accounts
• Experience navigating complex healthcare buying environments
• Ability to build credibility with surgeons and clinical stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with disciplined CRM management
• Urology experience strongly preferred
• Reside within 50 miles of a major airport near: Seattle, WA; Tacoma, WA; Spokane, WA; Missoula, MT; Helena, MT; or Bozeman, MT
• Extensive travel throughout Washington and Montana
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule to support surgical and procedural cases

Pay

• Base Salary: $85,000
• Guaranteed Commission: $35,000 (renewed annually)
• Guaranteed Earnings: $120,000
• On-Target Earnings: $170,000+
• Uncapped Commission Plan
• Top Performers: $180,000-$250,000+
