Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed territory sales and margin targets by building, managing, and maintaining a strong pipeline within CRM tools.
- Develop new business opportunities by securing product specifications and driving project conversions.
- Build and strengthen a distribution network while expanding presence with contractors and end users.
- Engage consistently with engineering firms, municipalities, developers, and regulatory bodies to influence project outcomes.
- Deliver technical education and product awareness through meetings, presentations, and events such as lunch-and-learns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project delivery, technical solutions, and business strategy.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan and contribute to forecasting activities.
- Travel across the assigned region to support sales activity and relationship development.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Civil or Mechanical) preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience; additional experience preferred.
- Proven success in sales with strong technical and commercial understanding.
- Experience within civil infrastructure, stormwater, wastewater, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies and territory plans.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage a large geographic territory with frequent travel requirements.
